We are pleased to announce the opening of our new Reno, Nevada, distribution center beginning Monday, July 31. We officially closed our Rancho Cucamonga facility on Friday, July 28, and have already transitioned inventory to the Reno facility.
This investment in our new state-of-the-art distribution center triples our West Coast footprint to approximately 200,000 square feet. This allows for a larger product portfolio while improving customer service levels in most Western states. Furthermore, we are modernizing our distribution technology to allow for more flexibility in the fulfillment process. With the addition of this new facility, the PIP® US distribution footprint will now exceed 1.2 million square feet reinforcing our commitment to our channel partners and end-users by providing high-quality, head-to-toe PPE with market-leading service levels.
As of July 1, we prioritized stocking Reno with the SKUs identified as essential for the West Coast. Inbound POs are now arriving in Reno and Olive Branch will be available to backfill orders as needed to ensure no service level disruptions are experienced.
Note that your current customer contacts, including phone numbers and email addresses, will remain unchanged, so accessibility to your PIP® support teams will not change.
