Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)

Access is only given to Sphere 1 Members and Preferred Suppliers, with an authorization from the primary contact. Please email your request to KatherineW@sphere1net.com.

General access to the Sphere 1 portal is only given to Sphere 1 Members and Preferred Suppliers, with an authorization from the primary contact. Please email your request to KatherineW@sphere1net.com.

Sphere 1 Member primary contacts are the only users who have access to view the Supplier rebate programs. The rebate buttons will not appear unless you are a Member primary contact.

Only Sphere 1 Members who have login credentials can access the Supplier Product Search.

  • To access, you have two options:
    • Hover over the “Suppliers” header, located on the top of the page.
    • Scroll all the way down to the footer, under “Quick Links,” there is an option for the Supplier Product Search.
  • You can search by Company Name, Product Category or with Keywords. Please choose one filter at a time.

This link is only for Member Primary Contacts. If you are not a Member and not a Primary Contact, you do not have access to the Agreement Summary or Rebate Programs. 

  1. Sign in.
  2. Hover your mouse over the Suppliers header tab.
  3. Click on the Preferred Suppliers / Product Search.
  4. Click on the Agreement Summary link located right below the Search Now button.
