  • Name badge and meeting brochure will be available upon arrival at the event.

  • Each Preferred Supplier is required to select a Sponsorship Level by February 17, 2023.

TableTop Display Information

  • Each Supplier will receive:
    • One (1) 6’ table
    • Custom sign with assigned table number
  • Set Up – Suppliers can start table set up on Thursday, May 4, 2023, at 6:30am.
  • Product Display
    • TableTop samples should not be over 12″ in height, as this will obstruct the overall meeting room view.
    • Custom retractable pop-up banners are not permitted.
    • Custom printed tablecloths are permitted (table size 6’x30”)
    • Electricity – Not available inside the ballroom.

 


 

Your on-time registration is very important, as your TableTop meetings are dependent on your attendance.

TableTop Selections 

The TableTop Meeting Selection website is now open and ready for you to make your selection preferences. This is where you indicate which Members and Suppliers you are interested in meeting with during our 2022 Sphere 1 Annual Meeting.

Deadline to make your selections: Friday, February 10, 2023.

Please note:

  • Only the Sphere 1 Primary Contact will receive a separate email with their unique login to make their selections.
  • Your TableTop login is NOT the same as your Sphere 1 website login – See email for login credentials.
  • You can learn more about each Member and Supplier by reviewing their individual pages.
  • You are able to make changes to your meeting selections up until the deadline. At that time, we will lock-in your selections and begin the scheduling/matching process.

  • Women’s Executive Group Event (women only):  1:00pm-2:30pm

·       Cocktail Reception (all attendees):                      6:00pm – 7:00pm 

·       Awards Dinner (all attendees):                              7:00pm – 9:30pm

  • Member & Supplier TableTop Sessions:               9:25am – 2:50pm
  • The ballroom will be available for you to schedule meetings on your own: 3:00pm – 5:00pm
  • Cocktail Mixer (all attendees):                               5:00pm – 7:00pm

  • Breakfast (all attendees):                         6:00am – 8:00am
  • Member & Supplier Tabletop Sessions:                8:15am – 1:00pm

·       Event Concludes:                                                   1:00pm

·       The ballroom will be available for you to schedule meetings on your own until 3:00pm

        * Note – Company meetings and hospitality gatherings should not conflict with Sphere 1 events.

Recommended Travel Times
  • Members – Please arrive on Tuesday, May 2, 2023 or earlier.
  • Suppliers – Please arrive on Wednesday, May 3, 2023 or earlier. If you are attending the Women’s Executive Group Meeting, please arrive on Wednesday, May 2, 2023 in time for Lunch at 12:00pm.
  • Depart on Thursday, May 5, 2022, after 3:00pm.

  • Upon arrival, please go to the Registration Desk to pick up your name badge and registration packet.
