Dave Thiesse Named Mi-T-M Vice President of Commercialization

(Peosta, IA) Mi-T-M Corporation announces Dave Thiesse as Vice President of
Commercialization. Thiesse will oversee all commercialization activities at Mi-T-M
including Sales, Sales Support, Product Development and Marketing.

Thiesse will be stepping in for former Vice President Dana Schrack, who recently
retired after 33 years with Mi-T-M.

Prior to joining Mi-T-M, Thiesse held several leadership positions including Product
and Market Management for O’Sullivan Industries, Vice President of Sales for The
HON Company and Director of Sales at Safco Products.
