- 1:00 pm – 2:30 pm: Women’s Executive Group Event
- 4:30 pm – 6:00 pm: Keynote Presentation
- 6:00 pm – 7:30 pm: Welcome Reception
Wednesday, May 14, 2025
- 6:30 am -8:00 am: Breakfast
- 8:15 am – 9:45 am: Economist Presentation
- 10:30 am – 12:30 pm: Table Tops
- 12:30 pm – 1:30 pm: Lunch
- 1:30 pm – 3:30 pm: Table Tops
- 3:30 pm – 5:45 pm: Grand Ballroom open for extra meeting time
- 6:00 pm – 7:00 pm: Cocktail Reception
- 7:00 pm – 9:00 pm: Awards Dinner
Thursday, May 15, 2025

* Note – Company meetings and hospitality gatherings should not conflict with Sphere 1 events.
Registration Badges
- Upon arrival, please go to the Registration Desk to pick up your name badge and registration packet
Meeting & Conference Attire:
- Meetings: Business casual
- Awards Dinner: Diamonds and Denim! Bring your best Western wear partner!
- Cocktail Mixer: Resort casual
Recommended Travel Times
- Members please arrive on Monday, May 12 or earlier
- Suppliers please arrive on Tuesday, May 13, 2025, by 2:00 pm or earlier.
- Members and Suppliers are free to depart on Thursday after the conclusion of Table Tops
TableTop Display Information
- Each Supplier will receive:
- One (1) 6’ table
- Custom sign with assigned table number
- Set Up – Tuesday May 13 9:00am Grand Ballroom Level 4
- Product Display
- TableTop samples should not be over 12″ in height, as this will obstruct the overall meeting room view
- Custom retractable pop-up banners are not permitted
- Custom printed tablecloths are permitted (table size 6’x30”)
- Electricity and Wifi are Not available inside the ballroom

Table Top Selections
The Table Top Meeting Selection website will open in mid-January so you can make your selection preferences. This is where you indicate which Members and Suppliers you are interested in meeting with during our 2024 Sphere 1 Annual Conference.
Deadline to make your selections: Friday, February 9, 2025.
Please note:
- Only the Sphere 1 Primary contact will receive a separate email with their unique login to make their selections.
- Your TableTop login is NOT the same as your Sphere 1 website login – See email for login credentials.
- You can learn more about each Member and Supplier by reviewing their individual pages.
- You are able to make changes to your meeting selections up until the deadline. At that time, we will lock in your selections and begin the scheduling/matching process.
